Yeah! Al and Andy finished installing our pretty new oven last night around 10:00. It was SOOOO hard not to bake sugar cookies just to test it out, but I refrained! Tonight I made chicken enchiladas and they came out perfect! Tomorrow night I'm baking a cake for Mother's Day dessert, so Sunday I will probably bake some cookies to take to work! I am thinking I might bake some muffins on Sunday morning... I gained 5 pounds since we moved here eating stovetop meals, so I intend to bake EVERYTHING for a while!
